To choose the right size storage unit, consider the following. Tip: when in doubt, it’s best to go up a size as most people find their storage needs tend to increase over time.

5x10: about the size of a small walk-in closet, this unit is perfect for storing the contents of a medium sized bedroom including a queen-sized bed, dresser, TV and several medium-sized boxes.

8x10: slightly larger unit is ideal for holding furniture – such as a queen size bed, full-size dresser, bookshelves and dining room table -and about 25-30 mid-size boxes

5x20: about the size of a large walk-in closet with the capacity to store the contents of a medium-sized room, 6-8 medium sized storage boxes, and 3 bikes
