To choose the right size storage unit, consider the following.  Tip: when in doubt, it’s best to go up a size as most people find their storage needs tend to increase over time.
 

• 5x10:  about the size of a small walk-in closet, this unit is perfect for storing the contents of a medium sized bedroom including a queen-sized bed, dresser, TV and several medium-sized boxes. 

• 8x10: slightly larger unit is ideal for holding furniture – such as a queen size bed, full-size dresser, bookshelves and dining room table -and about 25-30 mid-size boxes

• 5x20:  about the size of a large walk-in closet with the capacity to store the contents of a medium-sized room, 6-8 medium sized storage boxes, and 3 bikes

• 10x10: a medium-sized unit with the capacity to handle two rooms of furniture including sofas, bedroom furniture, appliances, boxes and more.  See our video below.

• 10x18: slightly smaller than a standard one-care garage, this unit holds the contents of a multi-bedroom house including oversized items lie a couch, refrigerator, washer/dryer and several medium-sized boxes

• 10x20:  the size of a standard one-car garage, this size is perfect for oversized contents such as a piano, extra couch, tables, entertainment equipment and more.  See our video below.
